Check Your Avea Bill Details Online

Detailed bill information is more than just the amount due, taxes, or the balance. It is a bill that includes records of the calls and messages you made or received during the month—or up to six months in the past (you can request detailed past bill information for up to the last six months). This information typically contains the number called or the number that called you, the date and time of the call, call duration and call cost; or the numbers you sent or received SMS from, the date, time, number of SMS messages and SMS charges. To access your detailed bill, you must activate the “Detailed Bill Service.” You can do this using one of the methods described below.

How to Check Türk Telekom / Avea Detailed Billing?

1. Via the Website

To perform the inquiry on the website, click the link provided below and follow the steps on the site.

After clicking “Online Transactions,” log in with your individual or corporate phone number and your online transactions password. (If you do not know your Online Transactions password, you can obtain a new password instantly and free of charge by dialing *952# from the Avea line you want to log in with.) Then follow the menu: Billing Transactions, Billing Services, Detailed Bill Subscription.

2. Customer Service

You can call Avea Customer Service. If you are calling from your Avea line, dial 500; if you are calling from another operator or a landline, dial 444 1 500. Even without activating the detailed bill service, you can request detailed bill information for a specific period from Customer Service and have those details sent to your registered email address.

3. Mobile App

Download the “Türk Telekom Online Transactions” app from Google Play or the App Store to view your bill details. After installing the app, select the device or service you want to manage (mobile, internet, home phone). The app may redirect you to download a related application—if it does, install that app as well. After logging in with either application using your individual or corporate phone number and password, select the billing options you need, just as you would on the website.

Once you complete any of these steps, the detailed bill service will be activated. You will then be able to access your detailed billing online, and the detailed information will also be delivered with your monthly bill.

Fees for these services are as follows:

  • Actions performed through Avea’s website and mobile application are free of charge.
  • Detailed bills sent via e‑mail are free of charge.
  • Detailed bills sent by post cost 1 Turkish Lira, including taxes. This fee is charged separately for the 1st and 2nd pages. There is no charge for pages after the 2nd page. (Fees effective as of October 12, 2015.)
  • Requests made through Customer Service are charged 1 Turkish Lira.

Detailed bill information cannot be obtained via SMS.

Security Tips for Online Transactions

When using the mobile app or website, follow these security precautions.

Never share your online transactions password or similar credentials with anyone. Do not disclose them to others. Avoid using “remember me” or “save my password” options on shared computers, and even on personal devices, avoid saving passwords if possible. If there is an option to never save credentials for a specific site, choose it.

How to Obtain a Türk Telekom / Avea Online Transactions Password

If you forget your online transactions password, send an SMS with the word “SIFRE” or “PAROLA” to 9520, or dial *952# from the line for which you want the password. This will allow you to retrieve or reset your credentials easily.

Keep in mind that if your phone is lost, stolen, or you voluntarily or inadvertently give your device or credentials to a third party, that person can also access these services as easily as you can. Any legal or criminal liability arising from actions taken by third parties using your online transactions password or credentials is your responsibility.
