How to Pay BAĞ-KUR Restructuring at PTT
You can also make all BAĞ-KUR payments at PTT branches. Through the agreement between PTT and the Social Security Institution, payments made at PTT branches are transmitted to SGK immediately. Payments at PTT branches are accepted without commission.

Does a BAĞ-KUR Restructuring Allow Access to Health Services?
The BAĞ-KUR relief program with final applications taken by July 31, 2018, included provisions that allowed beneficiaries to access health services. Those who restructured their debts by December 31, 2018, were declared eligible to benefit from health services. This change brought relief to many people and highlighted the importance of keeping SGK premium obligations in order to maintain access to health care.
BAĞ-KUR contributors who continue to work and keep paying their premiums and restructuring installments on time will continue to enjoy health services. If a BAĞ-KUR contributor fails to pay premiums for 60 days, they may be deprived of health service rights.
