In Which Provinces Is It Forbidden to Go Outside Without a Mask?
According to current information, provincial public health boards in 38 provinces have set rules on mask use as part of coronavirus precautions. Masks must cover both the mouth and nose fully while outdoors. The announced rules for these 38 provinces require masks in the following areas: any outdoor spaces where people gather, public squares, streets and avenues, parks and gardens, industrial sites, agricultural areas, all public and private institutions and workplaces, and on public transportation. Failure to comply with mask requirements in the specified areas will result in administrative fines.
