Yes. Graduates who complete the pastry course and earn their certificates may receive support from KOSGEB. For bakery and pastry training graduates, KOSGEB can offer support packages that include up to 150,000 TRY, with 50,000 TRY provided as a grant component.
To access this support, graduates must participate in KOSGEB’s applied entrepreneurship training immediately after finishing the course. These trainings last around 70 hours. After completing these steps, participants can apply for KOSGEB support to launch their own businesses.
Is There a Fee to Register for the İSMEK Pastry Course?
No, there is no registration fee. The course is fully funded by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. İSMEK does not charge any fees until you complete the course.
Where Are İSMEK Pastry Courses Held?
One of the İSMEK pastry training centers is located in Davutpaşa. The facility offers 3,500 square meters of enclosed training space within a total area of 12,000 square meters and is equipped with complete technical equipment. The center, which has begun accepting registrations for the new term, collects applications online.
Graduates receive a certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education. Pastry training is provided in two stages. The first stage focuses on cake making, and this training lasts a total of 280 hours.
