Public institutions have published announcements for recruitments to fill personnel shortages. According to these notices, hiring will take place for a total of 817 vacant positions for staff and civil servants. Applications opened on October 23, 2023; candidates wishing to apply must complete their applications before the application deadline. Details about the institutions accepting applications follow.
Supreme Election Council
The Supreme Election Council will open a total of 107 positions. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum score of 70 on the KPSS exam. The distribution of these positions is as follows:
- 6 Service Staff
- 2 Watchmen
- 8 Technicians
- 10 Data Preparation and Control Operators
- 5 Drivers
- 5 Secretaries
- 71 Court Clerk Assistants
Applications will be submitted online.
In addition to the Supreme Election Council, seven municipalities will hire a total of 167 civil servants. The municipalities and their planned recruitments are:
- Gebze Municipality: 30 positions in total — 10 for associate degree graduates and 20 for bachelor’s degree graduates as Municipal Police Officers.
- Kadıköy Municipality: 32 positions — 10 Ordinary Civil Servants, 4 Data Preparation and Control Operators, 6 Collectors, and 12 Municipal Police Officers.
- Antalya Metropolitan Municipality: 50 Firefighter positions. Both female and male candidates must have at least 55 KPSS points.
- Çankaya Municipality: 45 positions in total — 5 Civil Servants, 5 Cashiers, 5 Collectors, 20 Municipal Police Officers, 3 Service Staff, 5 Data Preparation and Control Operators, and 2 Child Educators.
- Başyayla Municipality: Recruitment of 1 Collector at grade 10 in the General Administrative Services class.
- Karakaya Municipality: Recruitment of 2 Civil Servants at grades 11 and 8 in the General Administrative Services class.
- Alaplı Municipality: Recruitment of 5 Engineers, 1 Collector, and 1 Data Preparation and Control Operator.
İŞKUR: 496 TYP Personnel Recruitment
İŞKUR will recruit a total of 496 TYP personnel across Istanbul, Ardahan, and Bingöl provinces. These positions do not require a KPSS score.
Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Public Health — Ankara
The General Directorate of Public Health in Ankara plans to recruit one Early Childhood Teaching Assistant/Childcare Worker to be assigned to the Ankara unit.
TCDD Transportation
TCDD Taşımacılık will fill a total of 24 positions across the provinces of Sivas, Kars, Mersin, Istanbul, Malatya, Konya, Ankara, Izmir, Balıkesir, and Afyonkarahisar.
