GSS Casting: Comprehensive Guide to Döküm Processes

The General Health Insurance (GSS) statement service allows you to see whether your premium debts have been paid on time and how much has been paid. You can easily obtain your GSS statement through the e-Government (E-Devlet) portal. To use GSS and many other inquiry services available within the E-Devlet system, you must have an E-Devlet password.

Until recently, GSS-related transactions, including access to GSS statements, could be handled online without a password via the Social Security Institution’s (SGK) E-SGM system. That system has now been closed, but the E-Devlet platform continues to provide many services, including access to detailed information about your health insurance. Regularly obtaining and reviewing your GSS statement helps ensure you can fully benefit from the healthcare services covered by General Health Insurance. Below we explain how to get your GSS statement through the E-Devlet application.

Obtaining a Password-Protected GSS Statement via E-Devlet

You can request your password-protected GSS statement through the E-Devlet application. Before starting the process, you must obtain an E-Devlet password; without it you cannot proceed. To get a password, visit a PTT branch and request an E-Devlet password. A fee of 2 TL will be charged for issuing the password. After paying the fee, you will receive the password.

Once you have the password, go to the E-Devlet login page. Verify your identity on the opened page, then enter your Turkish ID number (T.C. kimlik numarası) and your password to complete the inquiry and access your GSS statement.
