Where to Check a Driver’s License via E-Devlet?
E-Devlet allows free online license inquiries. All fines issued to a person’s driver license are visible on the e-Devlet portal. As noted earlier, only fines recorded within the last year appear online; for older records visit the relevant traffic branch directorates.
To query a license on e-Devlet:
- Sign in at turkiye.gov.tr using your T.C. ID number and e-Devlet password.
- After logging in, click the “e-Hizmetler” (e-Services) section on the left side of the page.
- Choose between “Araç plakasına yazılan ceza sorgulama” (Fines by vehicle plate) or “Sürücü belgesi ve şahıslara yazılan ceza sorgulama” (Driver’s license and individual fines).

Where to Check Driving Test Results?
Driving test results can be checked online. Candidates can learn whether they passed or failed by logging into e-Devlet. Results are also available through the Ministry of National Education (MEB) websites where applicable.

When Are Penalty Points Removed?

- Send an SMS in the format: TPC [space] plate number [space] vehicle registration date [space] T.C. ID number.
- Send that message to 1189.
- You will receive a reply listing fines associated with the plate and related vehicle information.
