How to Apply for a KYK Dormitory
To apply for a KYK dormitory, you first need an e-Devlet (e-Government) account. If you do not have one, you must obtain an e-Devlet password. You can get this password from a nearby PTT branch by paying a small fee. After receiving your password, go to the official e-Devlet website and log in using your Turkish ID number and the password you received.
Once you have your password, click the link provided at the end of this article to start your KYK dormitory application. When the page opens, click the “Verify My Identity Now” option. You will be directed to the e-Devlet login page where you must enter your Turkish ID number and e-Devlet password in the appropriate fields. Make sure your information is correct and complete, then click “Login to System.” This will sign you into the e-Devlet system.
After logging in, you will see a page that explains the KYK dormitory application in detail. This page contains answers to most questions about the application. Toward the bottom of the page, you will find a statement indicating acceptance of the terms; check the “I accept” box and click the “Continue” button.
