The discounted season ticket is intended for students. Applicants must submit required documents to receive this card. Students from primary school through university can use the discounted card.
To apply you typically need one passport photo and a copy of your identity card. If the student is enrolled in open education, an SGK service record and a student certificate may be requested. Open-education students who are employed and insured are not eligible for the discounted card.
- Full Season Ticket (Tam Abonman)
The full season ticket is issued with a copy of the ID and a passport photo. This version is the non-discounted season card. You can apply for season tickets at Kahramankart service counters located in Dulkadiroğlu, Elbistan, Afşin and at the medical faculty ticket offices.
There are rules for using personalized season tickets: only the named cardholder may use the card. A single season ticket cannot be used simultaneously by two people; violations may result in card cancellation.
If the photo on the card is faded or there is a magnetic strip problem, the season ticket will not function.
- Single-Ride Card (Tek Binişlik Kart)
The single-ride card is useful for riders whose Kahramankart balance is depleted or for those who do not have a card. These disposable cards allow people without Kahramankart to use public transport and simplify the driver’s workflow by preventing long cash transactions and delays.
- Free Ride Card (Serbest Kart)
The Free Ride Card is for passengers aged 65 and over. Applicants aged 65+ can obtain the card with a photo and a copy of their identity card. They must also present the document verifying eligibility for free rides to the card office to travel without charge.
There are also free-ride cards for people with disabilities. In many cases, disabled passengers do not need to appear in person at the card office; a family member or caregiver can complete the application on their behalf.

After selecting “Balance Inquiry” the screen shown below appears, allowing you to perform Kahramankart balance inquiry and loading.
On this screen enter the last eight digits of your card number and click “Search” to view your current balance.
Where Can I Get a Kahramankart?
You can obtain Kahramankart from nearby N Kolay kiosks located close to bus stops, from Kahramankart dealers, or at official service centers. After getting the card you will need to load balance before you start using it.
How to Load Balance onto Kahramankart?
There are several ways to load balance onto Kahramankart. You can use online payment methods or pay in person at Kahramankart service centers. N-Kolay and E-Kent dealers also accept payments.
To load online, go to the official website and select “Online Loading” on the homepage. You will be offered credit card and mobile payment options.
Credit card payments incur a 5% service fee. After completing an online payment you must tap your card on a validator to finalize the load; allow at least one hour between payment and tapping the card.
Credit card top-ups are non-refundable. Also, full and discounted season tickets cannot be loaded online.
On the loading screen you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Kahramankart number
- Turkish ID number (T.C. ID)
- Amount to load
- Last four digits of the number on the back of the card
- Mobile phone number
In addition to these details you will enter your credit card information to complete the payment. You can also load by SMS or via minibank machines.
To load by SMS, text MARAS followed by a space and your Kahramankart number, then the last four digits on the back of the card and the amount to 3544.
What to Do If Your Kahramankart Is Stolen?
If your Kahramankart is stolen, visit a service center to obtain a new card. In the case of a lost season ticket you can apply with a written request; the remaining balance can be transferred to the new card.
