The Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations operating under the Ministry of Family and Social Services plan to recruit numerous staff members. Hiring will take place across seven provinces and will include positions for workers, personnel and civil servants.
It has been announced that Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations (SYDV), which operate under district governorates within the Ministry, will recruit personnel with and without KPSS scores in seven provinces for various roles. Application requirements and details vary by position. In addition to general eligibility criteria, applicants must meet specific qualifications related to the position they apply for.
SYDV RECRUITMENT IN 7 PROVINCES
Personnel will be hired for SYDVs in seven different provinces. Separate conditions apply for each type of role—civil servant, worker and other personnel—so candidates must both meet the general requirements and satisfy any special criteria defined for the specific position.
The provinces where SYDV recruitment will take place are:
- Bolu, Göynük
- Bursa, Yenişehir
- İzmir, Torbalı
- Eskişehir, Alpu
- Sakarya, Akyazı
- Kars, Digor
Applicants must fulfill all specified conditions for the unit in the province where they are applying.

APPLICATION DATES AND REQUIREMENTS
Application deadlines differ depending on the province and position. Final application dates are set between February 16 and February 23 for the relevant provinces. Additionally, specific positions require different special qualifications. Some of the general eligibility requirements include:
- Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
- Not being restricted from public rights.
- Having no health condition that would prevent performing assigned duties.
- For male candidates, having no unresolved military service obligations.
- Passing the required security clearance.
Certain positions require a KPSS score, particularly civil servant roles, while other roles may demand basic qualifications such as an İŞKUR competency certificate or equivalent documentation depending on the job.
