Wednesday, July 8, 2020 — Nationwide Coronavirus Inspections to Be Conducted. The Ministry of Interior has sent a circular titled “Inspections within the Scope of Covid-19 Measures” to the governorships of all 81 provinces. Inspections will be carried out tomorrow across the country to assess how well responsibilities for coronavirus precautions are being implemented. The circular reiterates that during the controlled social life period, general fight-against-pandemic principles—cleanliness, masks, and social distancing—apply, and specifies the additional measures required for each activity sector. It states that activities must continue in accordance with the identified rules and measures.
The circular notes that during the controlled social life period, compliance with rules and measures set out in the Coronavirus Scientific Committee’s published guidelines will be inspected. To ensure these responsibilities are regularly monitored, all 81 provincial governorships have been instructed to conduct inspections.
