- Gas stations and veterinarians designated by provincial and district authorities at a rate determined for each 50,000 population,

- Personnel who maintain and repair critical supply systems such as electricity, water, natural gas and telecommunications to prevent interruptions,
- Staff of the Grand National Assembly and its services,
- Workers involved in domestic and international transport and logistics for the movement of goods and materials,
- Operations and staff of steel, glass and similar sectors, and workplaces such as furnaces and cold storage facilities that must remain operational,
- Workers involved in harvesting agricultural and livestock products that are at risk of spoiling,
- Employees of newspapers, radio and television organizations,
- Staff of nursing homes, elderly care facilities, rehabilitation centers, children’s homes and social protection and care centers,
- Personnel with appointments for blood and plasma donation coordinated by the Turkish Red Crescent (Kızılay).
