In Emlak Konut’s announcement, those interested in projects on the European and Anatolian sides were informed that they can benefit from an early-period discount through January 31. If a buyer chooses a 30-month loan, they will receive a 13.97% discount on the apartment’s sale price. Buyers who prefer a 15-month loan option will be offered a 7.57% discount on the sale price. To benefit from these discounts, interested parties must visit Emlak Konut branches and consult about Istanbul projects no later than January 31.
Sinpaş Campaign
Another housing campaign that began in mid-January and runs through January 31 is offered by SİNPAŞ. Described as an early purchase campaign and covering units that would otherwise be sold at much higher prices in secondary sales, this opportunity is aimed at citizens living in or planning to live in Ankara.
According to the announcement, buyers interested in the Ege Vadisi project in Ankara can access a 120-month loan with low interest through the financial institution recommended by SİNPAŞ. This allows buyers to pay lower monthly installments and own a home with payments similar to rent. The campaign also includes a two-year deferred payment arrangement, meaning repayments will begin two years after loan issuance. The campaign’s homes feature attractive views, large glass balconies, various floor plan options, and modern interior design that stands out architecturally.
Nef Campaign
Another campaign running through January 31 is the discount promotion at Nef Çekmeköy. For a limited time, luxury villas and four-story garden apartments at the Çekmeköy, Istanbul / Nişantepe location have been reduced to 530,000 TL. Buyers who prefer green surroundings with strong transportation links can purchase discounted residences at this project until January 31. The developer also announced that financing options are available for these purchases.
AND Pastel Discount
For those who want to live in striking architecture, another campaign valid through January 31 targets AND Pastel Towers. Residents seeking skyscraper living with Istanbul views near Kartal and direct metro access to Kadıköy are choosing discounted units. Currently, tower apartments sized between 108 and 194 square meters, originally priced at 1,000,000 TL, are being offered at 790,000 TL. Interested buyers are instructed to visit the sales office in Kartal. Loan and financing advantages for apartment purchases will be discussed at the sales offices.
Ümraniye Gökorman Project Campaign
The final campaign of the month also comes from Sinpaş. Balcony apartments in the Gökorman residential development in Ümraniye, Istanbul, which offer superb views, are being sold for 486,000 TL. Located close to transport links and featuring gardens, scenic views, and modern architecture, Gökorman Homes are particularly suitable for buyers seeking 2+1 units and 1+0 studio-office options.
