The e-Government gateway is one of the most important internet services that emerged from these advancements. The e-Government platform brings together citizens, public institutions, and business life to deliver services online through computers. Many procedures have become simpler, faster, and more practical thanks to this system. As a result, citizens can now access public services more effectively. With legal and technological infrastructure in place, the e-Government system supports a wide range of transactions. How to Check School Records via e-Government?

Like many public institutions, the e-Government information system is closely connected with the Ministry of National Education when it comes to education. For this reason, the education records within the e-Government system are important. Accurate entries of education information in the e-Government system help individuals make more reliable decisions for their future. The e-Government education records include many details. For example, school search and inquiry functions are available within the system. Parents of children from primary through high school can view their children’s educational status via the e-Government portal.

Using the school inquiry feature within e-Government education records, parents can access details such as attendance, grades, exam scores, oral and written assessments, semester averages, report card averages, project grades, and exam dates. To use the e-Government system, users first need an e-Government password. You can obtain this password from the nearest PTT branch. Simply visit a PTT office with an identity document that shows your Turkish Republic ID number—such as your national ID, driver’s license, or passport—and apply. PTT staff will then provide your e-Government password using your T.C. identification number.

How to Obtain a Higher Education Student Certificate via e-Government?

Another service available in e-Government education records is the ability for university students to obtain student certificates through the e-Government portal. University students often need student certificates and may otherwise wait several days to receive one. Thanks to the e-Government system, students can now access their student certificates instantly. To do this, click the link at the end of this article. On the page that appears, enter your T.C. identification number and e-Government password to access the document. There is no additional fee for transactions carried out through e-Government.

Another education-related feature in the e-Government system concerns personnel at higher education institutions. Academic staff can access required documents and certificates for their duties at the university using the e-Government portal with their T.C. identification number and e-Government password. Additionally, graduates can obtain their graduation certificates, known as diplomas, through the e-Government gateway.
