The İBB Family Support Package is a platform that connects charitable citizens with families in need. Donors can visit the “İBB Askıda Fatura” page to contribute 100 TL or 250 TL to households requiring assistance.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE İBB FAMILY SUPPORT PACKAGE (STEP BY STEP)
The steps to apply for the monthly 250 TL support under the İBB Family Support Package are as follows:
#STEP-1: Go to the “İBB White Desk Portal” to begin your application.
#STEP-2: Click the ‘Social Assistance Application’ button on the page.
#STEP-3: You will be asked to provide personal information. Fill in the required fields completely and accurately.
#STEP-4: Complete the contact details and preliminary assessment sections, then click the ‘Apply’ button to submit your request.
WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS?
To receive support from the İBB Family Support Package, you must be identified as in need during the municipality’s assessment. After you submit your application, officials from the Social Assistance department will perform an inspection; if they determine that you are in need, you may be eligible to receive assistance.
