Many civil servant recruitment announcements have been published in the Official Gazette. According to the latest vacancy notices, personnel will be recruited from candidates who are high school, vocational school, and university graduates. Candidates aiming to be employed within AFAD must meet all general and specific requirements for the designated positions.
It has been reported that a total of 70 positions are planned to be opened for the civil servant recruitment within AFAD. Candidates who will apply under the contracted personnel recruitment must also have obtained the required score in the relevant KPSS score type for the specified exam year.
WHAT ARE THE AFAD RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS?
The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced that 70 contracted personnel will be recruited. Accordingly, applicants must have at least 60 points in the 2022 KPSS: P93 for high school graduates, P94 for vocational school graduates, and P3 for university graduates.
Some of the general application requirements for AFAD public personnel recruitment are as follows:
- Be a Turkish citizen.
- Be under 35 years of age.
- Not have any health issues that would prevent performing job duties.
- Not be restricted from public rights.
- Have at least a high school diploma.
- Meet the KPSS score requirements.
- Possess the specific qualifications required for the position applied for.
FOR WHICH POSITIONS WILL AFAD HIRE PERSONNEL?
Personnel to be employed at AFAD are expected to be assigned to various positions. The positions to be recruited include, briefly:
- Office personnel.
- Cleaning staff.
- Driver.
- Security and protection officer.
WHAT IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?
Candidates must submit their applications by February 8, 2023. Applications will be made through e-Government via the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority – Career Gate – Public Recruitment screen. Applicants who meet the requirements can complete their applications electronically.
