What Are the Application Requirements for In-Province Transfers? The required conditions for in-province transfer applications submitted through the system for teachers are as follows.
- Having completed the probationary period (no longer on probation),
- As of December 31, 2020, having completed at least three years of service at their current educational institution,
- For those serving as contracted teachers under Article 4 (Additional) of Decree Law No. 652: they must have been appointed to a permanent teaching position after completing three years of contracted service. In addition to items 1 and 2 above, from the date they were appointed to the permanent teaching position they must have completed one year of service as of December 31, 2020.

When Will In-Province Transfer Assignments Be Made? The service points of teachers applying for in-province transfer will be calculated based on the application deadline of July 27, 2020. In-province transfers will be carried out by provincial directorates considering teachers’ preferences and ranking by service points. If service points are equal, priority is given first to the teacher with the longer total service in teaching, and then to the teacher who started teaching earlier. If the tie persists after these criteria, the assignment will be determined by a computerized draw.
