Many of our daily procedures can now be completed online through internet services. The e-Government portal (E-Devlet) offers a convenient way to carry out public transactions without waiting in lines at government offices. Through the e-Government system you can perform queries, complete transactions and follow the latest public activities. To use these services, you first need to perform an e-Government portal login. With a single e-Government login you can access a wide range of public services from one site.
Via the e-Government system you can easily check Social Security (SSK) records, query retirement information and manage other insurance- and pension-related transactions.
How to Log in to the e-Government Portal?
There are several methods to log in to the e-Government portal. Each method provides a secure, user-specific authentication option.
e-Government password: You can log in using your e-Government password and your national ID number. If you do not yet have an e-Government password, you must apply in person at the nearest PTT branch with your identity card to receive one. A small fee of 2 TL is charged when you obtain the password.
Mobile signature: If your mobile operator offers a mobile signature service for the e-Government system, you can use it to log in. Operators such as Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea may charge a monthly fee for mobile signature services used for e-Government access.
