Due to the coronavirus pandemic, students were required to take exams online from home. The exam period lasted for several days, and students have been eagerly awaiting their results. All students who participated in the 2020 AÖF spring term exams are now seeking to check their results. AÖF students took the 2020 Spring Term Midterm Exams online between April 18, 2020 and May 7, 2020, completing their spring term assessments. The long-awaited announcement for the thousands of exam takers has arrived.
The Open Education Faculty 2020 spring term exam results are now available. You can check your results via the anadolu.edu.tr website. To access your exam information, enter the site and log in with your Turkish national ID number and password to view your exam results.
What Is the Passing Grade for AÖF Courses?
What is the passing grade for AÖF courses? In the AÖF exam system, students must score at least 35 out of 100 to be considered successful in a course. Exceptions apply in specific programs; for example, in the English Language Teaching undergraduate program, courses taught in English as well as assignments and laboratory applications are handled outside this general rule.

Anadolu University has replaced the former “Relative Grading System” used for assessment in the Open Education, Economics and Business Faculties’ semester credit-based programs with a new “Student Assessment System.” This change affects how course success is determined. The Open Education Faculty course grade scale under the current system is as follows:
- 84 – 100 AA 4.00 — Passed
- 77 – 83 AB 3.70 — Passed
- 71 – 76 BA 3.30 — Passed
- 66 – 70 BB 3.00 — Passed
- 61 – 65 BC 2.70 — Passed
- 56 – 60 CB 2.30 — Passed
- 50 – 55 CC 2.00 — Passed
- 46 – 49 CD 1.70 — Passed Based on Average
- 40 – 45 DC 1.30 — Passed Based on Average
- 33 – 39 DD 1.00 — Passed Based on Average
- 0 – 32 FF 0.00 — Failed
