Through the e-Government platform, you can complete many transactions with public institutions and organizations online. For most actions on the e-Government portal, your e-Government password and Turkish ID number (T.C. identity number) are sufficient.

How to Perform a Treatment Information Inquiry
As noted above, the e-Government password required for many transactions is also necessary for this inquiry. If you do not yet have a password, visit any PTT branch to apply. You will need to present your identity card during the application, so be sure to bring it with you. After applying, pay the fee of 2 TL and collect your password. Once you have your password, follow the steps below.
- Click the link provided at the end of this article to access the treatment information inquiry page.
- On the page that opens, click the “Verify My Identity Now” (Kimliğimi Şimdi Doğrula) button.
- Enter your T.C. identity number and your e-Government password, then sign in to the system.
- On the page that appears, you can view and query your treatment information.
