For 2024, the insurance premiums for a worker paid the minimum wage are calculated as follows:
- Employee Share: 14% of the gross minimum wage, amounting to 2,800.35 TL
- Employee Unemployment Insurance Share: 1% of the gross minimum wage, amounting to 200.30 TL
- Total Employee Premium: 3,000.65 TL
NOTE: These premiums are calculated on the worker’s gross earnings and are paid to SGK by the employer.
HOW MUCH IS THE SGK PREMIUM FOR “EASY EMPLOYER”?

Under the “easy employer” arrangement, SGK premiums for employees are calculated on the employee’s gross earnings.
For 2024, the rates are as follows:
- Employee Share: 14% of gross earnings
- Employer Share: 15.5% of gross earnings
- Employee Unemployment Insurance Share: 1% of gross earnings
- Employer Unemployment Insurance Share: 2% of gross earnings
For example, with a gross wage of 20,000 TL:
- Employee Share: 2,800 TL
- Employer Share: 3,100 TL

HOW MUCH IS THE 30-DAY INSURANCE PREMIUM FOR HOME WORKERS?

For 2024, the 30-day insurance premium for a home worker is calculated based on the gross minimum wage. These premiums are paid at a rate equivalent to 37.5% of the worker’s gross earnings.
For example, calculated on the gross minimum wage:
- Undiscounted Monthly Premium: 7,500.94 TL
- Monthly Premium with 5-point Discount: 6,500.81 TL
- Monthly Premium with 6111 Incentive: 3,400.43 TL
