Documents Required for Private Security ID Card Application
The documents required for applying for a private security ID card are listed below:
- A completed application petition (application form).
- Original and photocopy of the Basic Training Certificate.
- A medical board report stating that the applicant is fit to be an Armed Private Security Officer, when applicable.
- Original and copy of the document showing the applicant’s education level—diploma, certificate, or student document are accepted.
- Two copies of the security investigation and archive research form.
