If a candidate who wins the lottery fails to start work by providing the required documents, replacements will be taken from the reserve list determined by the notary order, up to the number of positions allocated to that workplace. Registration procedures for the employees who start work will be handled by the İŞKUR directorate responsible for the workplace.
