General requirements for applicants:
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
- Not be deprived of public rights,
- Not have been convicted of offenses against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order as described in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code, nor of embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, corruption in performance of obligation, laundering of criminal proceeds, or smuggling—convictions for which have not been pardoned,
- Have no mental or physical disability that prevents performing the duties,
- Male candidates must have no outstanding military obligations,
- Not have resigned from public institutions or organizations within the last year,
- Not have been dismissed from public institutions for disciplinary or ethical reasons,
- Meet the specific qualifications required for the position,
- Be at least 18 years old as of the application date.
Position-specific qualifications:
- Laborant and Veterinary Health Technician: graduate of the relevant university departments; strong interpersonal skills; able to work in teams; adaptable to flexible hours and high work pace,
- Office Clerk: graduate of associate or bachelor degree programs; proficient in MS Office; team-oriented; able to handle a high workload; strong communication skills,
- Veterinarian: graduate of a veterinary faculty; strong interpersonal skills; able to adapt to flexible hours and a busy work environment.

Selected candidates will be subject to a one-month probationary period; successful candidates may be retained in permanent positions afterward.
