Report Cards Now Available on e-Okul — How to Access Yours

Report cards are now accessible through e-Okul. According to the latest announcement, student report cards for primary, middle and high school are available via the e-Okul system. The Ministry of National Education states that parents and students can view report card grades through the Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi (VBS) at the e-Okul portal (e-okul.meb.gov.tr).

All students enrolled in primary, middle and high school can access their report cards and merit or appreciation certificates through the e-Okul system. High school students who request physical diplomas will be able to collect awards such as merit, appreciation, honor, and outstanding achievement certificates from their schools on the dates specified by the institutions. The official statement confirms that report cards have been opened for access on the e-Okul platform.

How to Log In to the e-Okul System

To access the Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi (Parent Information System) on e-Okul, visit the Ministry of National Education’s e-Okul site at eokul.meb.gov.tr. On the right side of the page, under the Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi heading, enter the requested information. The system first requires the Turkish ID number (T.C. Kimlik No) and a security code. If these initial details are entered correctly, you will proceed to the next step.

After the first step, the second stage asks for the student’s personal and school information. Required details include the province and district where the student is registered, date of birth, class section, and the student’s photo. When these details are entered accurately, the system grants access. Once logged in, a menu of links appears on the left side of the screen, giving quick access to multiple student information categories.
