- The draw for 1,900 units in Şahinbey is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2020.
- The draw for 2,200 units in Şehitkamil will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
- The draw for 500 units in Nizip is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2020.
- The draw for 400 units in İslahiye is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2020.
- The draw for 200 units in Nurdağı will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.

How will the TOKİ Gaziantep draw be conducted? The draw process for the Gaziantep projects within the 100,000-unit program will follow established procedures described below.
- The beneficiary determination draw will be held in the presence of a notary and under the supervision of bank and administration officials.
- A quota of up to 10% of the units will be reserved for families of martyrs, war and duty-disabled veterans, and widows and orphans; beneficiaries in this quota will be determined by draw where necessary. Applicants in this category who are not selected will be placed with the general applicant pool for subsequent draws.
- At least 5% of units will be set aside for citizens with at least 40% disability; where required, beneficiaries in this quota will be determined by draw. Applicants in this category not selected will be returned to the general applicant pool for the main draws.
- For other prospective buyers, beneficiaries will be determined by draw if deemed necessary based on the number of applications, in accordance with the administration’s standard practices.
- Applicants who are not selected as primary or reserve beneficiaries in the draw may request a refund of their application fee at authorized branches of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. beginning two business days after the draw.
- After the project unit list and housing prices are finalized, a housing selection draw will be held on a date set by the administration.
- If the number of available units is reduced after tendering, an additional draw will be held among the beneficiaries previously determined to allocate units equal to the reduced count.
