The bill prepared for those affected by the retirement age (EYT) was approved by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. With the bill becoming law, many who will retire and begin receiving pensions wonder whether they will be eligible for holiday bonuses. Holiday bonuses are a right granted to retirees and are typically paid before major religious holidays. 2023 Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha Dates

According to the calendar published by the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), Ramadan in 2023 began on March 23 and ended on April 20. The first day of Eid al-Fitr fell on April 21 and the holiday concluded on April 23. The Diyanet calendar also indicates that Eid al-Adha in 2023 fell in June.
