5,000 New Staff to Be Hired for Ministry and Municipality Positions

Since the final quarter of last year, worsening economic conditions have driven job seekers and current private-sector employees to search public-sector job postings that offer government employment security. As a result, public announcements published steadily since the beginning of the year have come under close scrutiny by citizens.

Recently, municipalities and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry—both of which announced plans to hire thousands of staff—have become frequent subjects of inquiry among those seeking employment in public institutions. Applicants are eager to learn what qualifications and conditions are required to be appointed to these positions.
