Between the two banks, Ziraat Bank will recruit 577 staff and VakıfBank will recruit 1,985 staff. The distribution for Ziraat Bank’s 577 positions is as follows:
- Ziraat Participation: 150 Assistant Specialists, 250 Service Staff, 12 Assistant Inspectors
- Ziraat Bank: 15 Assistant Inspectors, 150 Assistant Specialists
The distribution for VakıfBank’s 1,985 hires is as follows:
- 110 Assistant Inspectors / Assistant Controllers / IT Inspector Assistants / IT Controller Assistants (70 in Administrative fields, 5 in Legal, 30 in Engineering, 5 in Computer Engineering)
- 483 Assistant Specialists
- 1,192 Officers (1,052 Administrative and 140 Engineering/Agriculture)
- 200 Officers for the Customer Contact Center

What Are the Application Requirements for Ziraat Bank?
The general application requirements for both Ziraat Bank and VakıfBank recruitment are as follows:
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
- Not be deprived of public rights.
- Have no health condition preventing the performance of the job.
- Obtain positive results from archive checks and security investigations.
- For male candidates, have completed military service or be exempt/cleared from military obligations.
- Have no criminal convictions that disqualify candidacy.
Application Process:
Applications are accepted only online. Although KPSS is not required, specific age and education criteria apply. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not older than 30, and must have completed a bachelor’s degree or be due to graduate by February 2024.
