According to the announcement published by the Coast Guard Command, recruitment will be held for non-commissioned specialist personnel within the command. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, and no KPSS requirement is specified. Eligible applicants must submit their applications by December 24, 2020.

Coast Guard Command Specialist Non-Commissioned Officer Recruitment Requirements
Candidates applying for the specialist non-commissioned officer positions must meet the requirements listed below:
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
- Not be deprived of public rights,
- Have at least a high school diploma as of the application date,
- Not be convicted, even if pardoned, of crimes described in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code: crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, rigging tenders, obstructing fulfillment of obligations, laundering assets derived from crimes, or smuggling,
- Meet the health requirements for the branch to be recruited for and have no physical or mental disability preventing performance of duties,
- Be at least 164 cm tall, and the difference between height and weight must not exceed 10 kilograms,
- Have served or be serving as an enlisted non-commissioned member or contract enlisted member; must not have been discharged with a report stating unfitness for military service,
- Be under 27 years of age as of the application date (born on or after January 1, 1993),
- Candidates still serving must possess the qualification certificate prepared by their unit in accordance with the specialist non-commissioned officer regulation,
- Contracted non-commissioned members who have served at least three years within their contract period and are up to 29 years old may apply; eligible applicants are those born on or after January 1, 1991,
- Candidates who have completed military service must have been discharged within the last five years as of the first day of the application period (discharged on or after December 17, 2015),
- The 27-year age limit applies to those who have completed their contract term and did not renew it,
- Must not have been dismissed from military education for moral or disciplinary reasons while a military student,
- Must not have previously been employed in the Turkish Armed Forces as an officer, non-commissioned officer, specialist gendarme, or specialist non-commissioned officer,
- Contracts must not have been terminated,
- Must pass the security investigation with a favorable outcome,
- Must achieve the required score on the general knowledge and professional knowledge exam,
- Must not bring disrepute to the Turkish Armed Forces and must be capable of fulfilling military duties,
- Must not collaborate with or assist terrorist organizations, and must not have used public resources to support such groups.
Candidates who meet these requirements may apply before the application deadline.
Coast Guard Command Specialist Non-Commissioned Officer Applications
Applications for the Coast Guard Command specialist non-commissioned officer positions will begin on December 17, 2020. Candidates who wish to apply must complete the online pre-application form through the e-Government (e-Devlet) portal before the application deadline. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid. Available positions include:
- Radio Operator: must have performed military service as a radio operator, telephone operator, or switchboard operator,
- Driver: must hold a DE class license in the new driver license classification or an E class license in the old classification,
- Artillery Specialist: must have performed or be performing military service as an artillery specialist in the Naval Forces Command or the Coast Guard Command,
- Frogman (Combat Diver): must have performed or be performing military service in the frogman class within the Naval Forces Command or the Coast Guard Command.
Applications for these positions will be accepted as e-Government pre-applications from candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
