You can use the Centralized Appointment System (MHRS) to make an appointment at the Erzurum Oral and Dental Health Center. To do this, you must be registered in the MHRS system. You can create your account from the login page. If you do not have an MHRS account, you can also sign in to MHRS by verifying your identity with your e-Government (e-Devlet) credentials.
How to make an appointment at Erzurum Oral and Dental Health Center:
- Open the appointment page: https://www.hastanerandevu.gov.tr/Randevu/.
- Log in with your Turkish ID number (T.C. Identity Number) and your MHRS password.
- Choose your preferred appointment date.
- From the “Select Province” field, choose Erzurum as the province.
- In the “Hospital” field, select Erzurum Oral and Dental Health Center.
- In the “Clinic” section, choose the relevant department for the treatment you need.
- In the “Physician” section, select the doctor you want to be seen by.
- After entering the required information, click “Search Appointment” (Randevu Ara).
- Available dates and times will appear at the bottom of the page. Choose a suitable date and select a time slot.
- A confirmation box with your appointment details will open. Review the information and if everything is correct, click the “Save Appointment” (Randevuyu Kaydet) button to finalize your request.

After you click “Save Appointment,” your appointment request will be created. If you do not have an MHRS password and prefer to sign in via e-Government, follow these steps:
- Go to the MHRS page.
- Click the “Sign in with e-Government” option on the page.
- The e-Government login screen will appear. Verify your identity with your Turkish ID number and e-Government password.
After identity verification, you will be redirected to the MHRS system. Then follow the same steps above—select date, province, hospital, clinic, physician and time slot—to submit your appointment request.
Erzurum Oral and Dental Health Center — Lab Results Inquiry
You can view all your test results and radiology images using the e-Nabız system. To access e-Nabız, you must have an account. If you do not have an account, use the “Sign up with e-Government” option on the e-Nabız login page and complete the required information such as your province, mobile phone number, Turkish ID number, and blood type to register. After completing e-Nabız registration, follow these steps to check Erzurum Oral and Dental Health Center laboratory results:
- Open the e-Nabız website: https://enabiz.gov.tr/.
- Log in with your Turkish ID number and e-Nabız password.
- To view your lab tests, select the “My Tests” (Tahlillerim) option from the available services.
- On the results page you will see all your tests. If you cannot see a specific test, adjust the date range field at the top of the page to the correct period. After setting the appropriate date range, you will be able to view all your lab results.
