How to Check Elderly Pension on the PTT Website?

To check the 65+ pension online via PTT, use the PTT Internet Banking service. Log in to the service using the PTT Internet Banking login page and complete identity verification as prompted.

For authentication you can choose to log in with either your Customer Number or your Turkish ID Number (TC ID). If you choose TC ID, enter your TC ID number and your PTT Internet Banking password, then click “Login”.

How to Check Elderly Pension on the SGK Website?

You cannot directly view the full 65+ pension details on the SGK site, but SGK can send SMS notifications about pension payments. To receive SMS alerts, open a notification request on the SGK citizen portal. When payments are transferred to accounts, SGK will send an informational SMS to the registered phone number.

To set up notifications, log in to the e-SGK Citizen Portal and access the “SMS Notification” section to request updates.

To give consent for SMS notifications you must sign in. Click the “Application Login” (UYGULAMA GİRİŞ) option and authenticate with e-Government credentials.

Proceed by logging in with your TC ID number and e-Government password. After successful login you will be directed to the page where you can update your phone number for notifications.

On the phone update page, enter your mobile phone number, check the confirmation box for receiving messages, and click “Update” to save the change.

After you register your mobile number in this way, SGK will send messages about your pension. This allows you to be informed by SMS when there are updates regarding your 65+ pension.

How to Check Elderly Pension via e-Government (e-Devlet)?

You can query the 65+ pension through e-Government by logging in with your TC ID and e-Government password. Use the e-Government page for “Assignment of Elderly Pension under Article 4/1(c) of Law No. 5510” to access the relevant service. Click “Verify My Identity” to proceed to the login screen.
