How to Register for E-Nabız (Turkey’s Health Portal)

E-Nabız is a secure, personal health information system provided by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health that allows individuals to manage their medical records. First-time users must create a password by accessing the E-Nabız section through the e-Government (E-Devlet) portal or request a temporary password from their family physician. Broadly, E-Nabız consolidates all data generated during interactions with healthcare institutions. Personal health records, prescriptions, reports, medications, hospital visits, laboratory tests and diagnoses are all recorded in the system with date information. You can access these records online. Appointment tracking and booking are also available through the portal. So, how do you register for E-Nabız?

How to Register for E-Nabız

There are two ways to log into E-Nabız:

  • Login via e-Government (E-Devlet) using your password.
  • Login with your Turkish ID number using an electronic signature (e-signature).

Both options route you through the e-Government login process. After entering the E-Nabız system, the initial screen guides you through setting up your profile:

  1. Accept the terms of use by checking the statement “I have read, understood and accept the terms of use.”
  2. Complete the personal information section, providing details such as current country of residence, city, height and blood type. After entering these details, use the “Sharing Options” to choose who can access your personal health information.
  3. Enter contact and access details. You will be asked to provide a mobile phone number and create a login password.

To complete registration, enter the one-time access code sent to your mobile phone. After verifying that code, you can access the portal.

What Can You Do in the E-Nabız Portal?

Once logged into E-Nabız, users can perform many actions. Key features include:

  • Adding Health Data: View and add measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, weight and blood sugar. Click “Add” to record current values for these metrics.
  • Appointment Booking and Tracking: View past and upcoming medical appointments with details displayed by month, week or day. To schedule a new appointment, use the “Book Appointment” button which connects to the Centralized Appointment System (MHRS), allowing you to select date and department from a single screen.

How to Suspend (Freeze) Your E-Nabız Profile

To freeze your account, go to “Edit My Profile” and use the freeze option at the bottom of the page to select the duration you want the account suspended. Click “Freeze Account” and enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone to confirm. The account will then be suspended. To reactivate the account, log in and you will see a notification that your E-Nabız account is suspended at your request and can be reactivated. Click “Activate My Account” to restore access.

How to Close Your E-Nabız Profile

If you decide to permanently close your account, this action must be performed through the e-Government (E-Devlet) portal. Go to “Edit My Profile” and choose the “Close my E-Nabız profile” option, then click “Close My Account.” You will receive a verification code on the phone number registered in the system; entering that code completes the account closure. If you later wish to reopen the account, log in via e-Government and you will be shown that the E-Nabız account was closed at your request and may be reactivated. Click “Activate My Account” to reopen it.
