Migros has set the number of new hires for its online market at 1,000 to meet the demand. One of the most significant measures taken nationwide against the coronavirus took effect today: a stay-at-home order for people aged 65 and older and for those with chronic health conditions. In line with this decision, Migros has announced that it will deliver orders free of charge to customers aged 60 and over and to those with chronic illnesses.

The Human Resources department at Migros has released a statement about the recruitment. Migros has announced the hiring of 1,000 employees for its online market. Hired staff will be responsible for collecting and preparing online market orders from shelves and the warehouse, and for delivering them to customers’ homes.
