University Hospital Announces Hiring Notice for 109 Staff with Minimum High School Diploma

A recruitment drive is planned to hire a large number of staff, with at least a high school diploma required. Candidates with high school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree qualifications will be considered for various positions. The requirements were announced in the personnel recruitment notice published by the Rectorate of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa.

After the university published the personnel announcement, applicants began seeking details. The Cerrahpaşa Rectorate shared information about the planned recruitment. According to the announcement, the aim is to hire 109 contracted staff under Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.

WHICH POSITIONS WILL BE FILLED?

Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa plans to recruit 109 personnel to be placed across several faculties and central units. The distribution includes: 18 positions for the Faculty of Dentistry, 6 for Pharmacy, 2 for Health Sciences, 1 for the Neuroscience Institute, 4 for the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports, 2 for the Library and Documentation Department, 71 for the Protection and Security Branch, and 5 for the Rectorate.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND DATES

Applicants must meet both the general requirements and the specific educational qualifications set for each position. Key general requirements include:

  • Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
  • Not being deprived of public rights.
  • Being medically fit to perform the duties.
  • Receiving a positive result from security and archive investigations.
  • Having completed military service or not being subject to it.
  • Meeting the position-specific qualifications.
  • Obtaining at least the required KPSS score: for secondary education (high school) P94, for associate degree P93, and for bachelor’s degree P3—minimum scores requested are 50 or 70 depending on the position.

Candidates must submit their applications in person between February 10 and February 24, 2023. The application process begins with the publication of the announcement and must be completed within 15 days from that date at the latest. Applicants should deliver the application form and all required documents in person to the relevant unit.
