Cancellation of Allianz private pension (BES) can be completed through the company’s non-physical service channels. You can submit a BES cancellation request via Allianz’s call center or by using the online transaction channel to apply for Allianz individual pension cancellation.
WHAT IS THE ALLIANZ INDIVIDUAL PENSION SYSTEM (BES)?
The Allianz individual pension system is an investment option designed for participants who want to secure a comfortable retirement through passive income. By making monthly contributions that are at least the minimum required by the plan during your working years, Allianz BES aims to help maintain your standard of living during retirement.
In addition to contributions you pay to Allianz, a 25% state contribution is added. All paid contributions are managed by professional Allianz fund managers to grow your savings. WHO CAN JOIN THE ALLIANZ INDIVIDUAL PENSION SYSTEM?
To join Allianz BES, you must be at least 18 years old. Allianz does not set an upper age limit for participation and accepts applications from individuals without social security coverage as well.
HOW TO CANCEL ALLIANZ INDIVIDUAL PENSION (BES)?
To exit Allianz BES, you must submit a cancellation request through one of the company’s available channels. You can send the completed Allianz BES cancellation form via the internet or email, or you can initiate the cancellation through the Allianz Call Center. Any of these methods is sufficient to start the cancellation process.
Allianz Customer Service BES Cancellation
To request individual pension cancellation via the Allianz Call Center, call 444 09 53 and press “3” when prompted, then wait to be connected. Provide your cancellation request to the representative reached via this customer service number. After your request is submitted, the company begins processing it and completes your exit from the BES.
Cancel Allianz BES Online
Online Allianz BES cancellation is handled using the completed “Separation Request Form.” You can access the form (called “AYRILMA TALEP FORMU”) on Allianz’s website, fill it out completely, and then submit it via the Allianz Online Services portal.
You can access Allianz Online Services at the customer portal URL provided by the company. If you do not yet have an account, use the “Register” button on the portal page to complete your membership before submitting the form.
Can You Cancel Allianz BES by SMS?
You cannot cancel Allianz individual pension via SMS. To cancel Allianz BES, you must use the company’s call center or its online branch.
HOW TO FILL OUT THE ALLIANZ BES CANCELLATION FORM?
Filling out the Allianz BES cancellation form is required to complete the cancellation. You must access the form via the link provided by the company and complete it in full to confirm your withdrawal from the individual pension program.
The cancellation information form explains what you will lose if you leave the system. After reviewing that information and deciding to proceed, fill out the fields included in the Allianz BES cancellation form completely. The form typically requests the following details:
- Participant’s full name
- Turkish ID number
- Phone number
- Individual pension contract number
- Name of the bank where the BES account is held
- Branch name, branch code, account number and IBAN
- Reason for leaving
- Date and signature
WHERE TO SEND THE ALLIANZ BES CANCELLATION FORM?
Where you send the Allianz BES cancellation form depends on the timing of your request. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within two months, send the completed form to [email protected] or fax it to 0216 556 99 79. HOW LONG DOES ALLIANZ BES CANCELLATION TAKE?
Allianz BES cancellations can take up to 20 days. When you submit a cancellation request, your eligibility for exit is reviewed. If you apply within the two-month withdrawal period, the cancellation is completed within 10 business days following approval. If the withdrawal period has elapsed, the cancellation process may take up to 20 days after approval.
WHEN IS THE REFUND ISSUED FOR ALLIANZ BES CANCELLATION?
Refunds for Allianz individual pension cancellations are issued once the cancellation is processed. If you cancel within the withdrawal period, the refunded premium amount is sent to your bank account within 10 business days; if the withdrawal period has passed, the refund is completed within 20 days.
