With the introduction of the e-Government system, many official procedures have moved online. Through the e-Government portal you can quickly perform queries, make payments, obtain official document prints and submit applications. What Is e-Government?

E-Government refers to the electronic delivery of public services instead of in-person service. The main portal is accessible at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/. There are also mobile applications for Android and iOS, so you can log in and use services from your smartphone or tablet.

How Do I Create an e-Government Account?

To use e-Government you need a password. You can obtain an e-Government password at any PTT branch using your national ID card. That password and your ID number are sufficient to log in. If you cannot visit a PTT branch, some banks provide e-Government password issuance via their mobile banking apps.

Is the e-Government Password Paid?

Yes, there is a small fee (2 TL) for the password at PTT, although some banks offer it for free through their mobile apps.
