Electricity Generation Corporation (EÜAŞ) announced in a public notice that it will recruit a total of 150 permanent workers to be assigned across various cities. Eligible candidates must submit their applications before the deadline.
EÜAŞ Worker Recruitment: Application Requirements and Details
The General Directorate of Electricity Generation Corporation (EÜAŞ) has announced it will hire 150 permanent workers. These hires will be made without a KPSS requirement and selected candidates will be assigned to different regions.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
- Not be deprived of public rights,
- Not have been convicted of crimes described in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code—including offenses against the constitutional order and its functioning—or of embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, or laundering assets derived from crime; convictions for these offenses must not remain on the record even if pardoned,
- Male applicants must have no military obligation as of the application date; they must be discharged, deferred, or exempt,
- Be medically fit to work in very hazardous jobs,
- Be under 30 years old as of the application date,
- Priority documents (for candidates with priority status) must be up to date,
- Candidates who meet the announcement requirements must submit their applications through İŞKUR within five days from the announcement date. Applications are made via the job seeker portal using national ID number and password. Candidates not registered in the system must register before applying. Those unable to register online may complete registration at İŞKUR branches. Applications are also accepted via the Alo 170 call line,
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered, and submitted applications cannot be changed later,
- Applicants claiming priority status must mark the relevant priority list at the time of application; changes after the application period will not be accepted,
- All applicants, including those with priority, will be selected by lottery. The lottery will be held before a notary public to determine the main and priority lists; a broadcast date for candidates who wish to watch the draw will be announced later,
- The lottery will determine as many main and reserve candidates as needed for the number of open positions,
- Candidates on the list must meet the announcement conditions and present required documents—such as diplomas, internship records, payrolls, and similar evidence—when requested by the institution. Applications with missing or false documents will be invalid even if the candidate appears on the main list; such candidates will be removed and replaced by reserves from the alternate list,
- Candidates who decline the position without a valid reason or who are placed in a different field will lose their right to the position and their applications will be rejected,
- İŞKUR will initiate legal action against applicants who submit false documents or make false declarations.
EÜAŞ Worker Positions
The positions to be filled are as follows:
- Electrical Technician: Graduates of high schools or equivalent programs in electrical, electrical installation, electrical-electronics technology, or electrical installation maintenance and repair,
- Electronics Technician: Graduates of high schools or equivalent programs in electrical and electronics, electrical-electronics technology, electronics maintenance and repair, audio-visual systems, or office machinery technical service,
- Chemical Technician: Graduates of high schools or equivalent programs in chemistry or chemical technology.

In addition to high school graduates, associate and bachelor degree holders may also apply for these positions. Candidates will be selected by lottery—since KPSS is not required—and successful applicants will later be called for interviews. Applicants may choose their preferred region at the time of application.
