Assistant Specialist Recruitment: Application Requirements Announced

The announcement details the requirements for applicants seeking the Assistant Specialist position at the Privatization Administration, a role within public service.

The application requirements are listed as follows:

  • Meet the general conditions specified in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657,
  • Be under the age of 35 as of January 1, 2020 (i.e., born on or after 01.01.1985),
  • Have graduated from a faculty/department that offers at least a four-year undergraduate program listed in the announcement, or from a higher education institution in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence is recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK),
  • Have taken the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) administered by ÖSYM in 2019 or 2020 and obtained a minimum score of 80 in any of the specified score types,
  • Submit the application within the application period,
  • Be a graduate of programs within the Faculties of Law, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, or from domestic or foreign institutions whose equivalence is accepted by YÖK,
  • Or be a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning programs, or from domestic or foreign institutions whose equivalence is accepted by YÖK.

Application Method and Dates for Assistant Specialist Recruitment

Applicants who meet the requirements above and wish to work as Assistant Specialists at the Privatization Administration must submit their applications electronically through the Privatization Administration website. The announcement states that applications will begin on December 7, 2020, and end on December 18, 2020. The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services made the announcement on its official website’s Public Announcements page, noting that applications will be accepted through the online platform starting the following day.
