Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu announced that, as of July 6, scholarship and loan payments have started to be transferred to student accounts. He noted that disbursements will continue between July 6 and July 10 and that payments will be processed based on the last digit of students’ Turkish ID numbers.
