STEP 2: On the page that appears, click the “Sosyal Destek Başvuru Formu” (Social Support Application Form) button.
STEP 3: The form will request various personal and household details. Complete all requested fields accurately and thoroughly.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) — How to Apply
The IBB Family Support Package connects donors with families in need. The package includes a monthly cash support of 250 TL. To apply, follow these steps:
#STEP 1: Access the IBB web portal and open the application page for white desk services.
#STEP 2: Click the “Sosyal Yardım Başvuru” (Social Assistance Application) button on the page.
#STEP 3: Complete the requested information in the form accurately and fully.
#STEP 4: Fill in contact and preliminary assessment details, then click the “Başvur” (Apply) button to submit.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality — How to Apply
To apply for assistance from Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, follow these steps:
#STEP 1: Visit the Social Services section of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality website.
#STEP 2: Provide all required information accurately on the online form.
#STEP 3: Confirm that you have read and accepted the information notices on the page.
#STEP 4: Click the “Onay Kodu Gönder” (Send Confirmation Code) button.
#STEP 5: Enter the confirmation code you receive to complete your application.
Izmir Municipality — How to Apply
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality accepts in-person applications for cash assistance. You can visit the Social Assistance Branch Directorate to obtain and complete the application form in person.
