Citizens who want to log in to the ÖSYM system using their e-Government (e-Devlet) credentials can follow the steps below to access the system quickly and securely.
By entering the Candidate Transactions System (Aday İşlemleri Sistemi, AIS) on the website of the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (Ölçme, Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi – ÖSYM), candidates can access a wide range of information about exams they have taken or plan to take. The ÖSYM website provides direct access to this system and its services.
You can reach the Candidate Transactions System from the ÖSYM official website.

As shown in the image above, this is the AIS login screen. When the page opens, it displays current exams and general information about upcoming exams. From this interface, you can access your ÖSYM account and view information about past and future exams.

Following recent updates, it is now possible to log into the AIS infrastructure using e-Government credentials. First, candidates must have an e-Government password. If you do not yet have one, you can obtain an e-Government password at any nearby PTT branch for a fee.
Once you have an e-Government password, accessing the Candidate Transactions System becomes straightforward. On the Candidate Transactions page, click the “Login with e-Government” option located in the upper right corner. If you instead click the alternative “System Login” option, you will sign in using the password previously issued by ÖSYM, not your e-Government password.
When you click the “Login with e-Government” option, the screen above will appear. From this point, logging in with the e-Government password you obtained from a PTT branch and your Turkish ID number (TC Kimlik No) is quick and simple.
When accessing the Candidate Transactions System through the e-Government gateway, both the candidate and any authorized personnel who log in on the candidate’s behalf are responsible for the actions taken. Therefore, you should never share your e-Government password with anyone.
Logging into ÖSYM’s Candidate Transactions System via e-Government does not change the information available compared to signing in with a Turkish ID number and ÖSYM password. The only difference is the method of authentication. In both cases candidates can view the same information. In addition to single-click access via e-Government, this login method also enables access to other services, such as ÖSYM’s card payment system, exam details already present in the ÖSYM database, and placement results.
Through the ÖSYM system, many processes are available, including submitting preference applications, obtaining exam entrance documents, and viewing exam and placement results. Besides e-Government, you can also log in using electronic signature (e-İmza), mobile signature (mobil imza), or the newly issued identity cards when those become available.
