KOSGEB and KYK Hiring 544 Staff Across Turkey: Apply Now

The Credit Dormitories Institution (KYK) and KOSGEB have announced public servant recruitments across the country. According to the announcements, KYK will hire 500 staff members for positions in 63 provinces, while KOSGEB will recruit 44 staff members for assignments in 35 provinces.

Credit Dormitories Institution (KYK) Recruitment Requirements

The Credit Dormitories Institution (KYK), operating under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, announced it will recruit a total of 500 staff to serve in different provinces. These positions will be filled in 63 provinces and applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
  • Not be deprived of public rights,
  • Not have been convicted of crimes specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code related to offenses against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, corruption in the performance of an obligation, laundering of proceeds of crime, or smuggling — even if pardoned,
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from higher education institutions in Turkey or from abroad with an equivalence approved by the Higher Education Council (YÖK); any undergraduate discipline is acceptable and open education faculty graduates are considered equally,
  • Have obtained at least 60 points in the 2020 KPSS B-group P3 score type; candidates with 2018 scores are not eligible to apply,
  • Be no older than 35 as of the application date,
  • Not be receiving retirement, disability, or old-age pension from any social security institution as of the application date,
  • Have no health condition that would prevent performing the duties of the post,
  • Be able to work full time without restrictions,
  • Have a positive result from the required security investigation,
  • Not have been dismissed from public institutions for disciplinary or moral reasons,
  • Not have resigned from a public institution within the last year.

Candidates who meet the requirements can apply until January 13, 2021. Applications must be submitted through the Ministry of Youth and Sports e-Government portal. After the preliminary online application, the required documents must be provided to the institution.

Documents to be submitted to the institution:

  • A biometric photograph taken within the last six months,
  • Diploma or graduation certificate with a verification code showing graduation status,
  • Identification document,
  • KPSS result document to complete the application.

Applicants will be called for an interview based on their score ranking, and final placement into the required positions will follow the oral examination.

KOSGEB Recruitment Requirements

KOSGEB announced it will recruit 44 staff members to serve in 35 different provinces. Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
  • Not be deprived of public rights,
  • Not have been convicted of offenses listed in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code — even if pardoned,
  • Be at least 18 years old and not yet 35 as of the application date,
  • For male applicants, have no outstanding military service obligations, or be discharged, deferred, or exempt as of the application date,
  • Have no health condition preventing continuous performance of duties,
  • Have scored at least 70 in the 2019 or 2020 KPSS at associate or bachelor degree level administered by ÖSYM,
  • Not have previously resigned from public institutions,
  • Not have service obligations to other organizations.
