Applicants must also have a clean criminal record.
In addition, candidates must be graduates of either the Faculty of Law or the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and be medically fit to work anywhere in the country. A total of two candidates will be recruited as public personnel, one from each of the two faculties. Candidates will first sit a written exam and then a verbal (oral) exam. Those who pass both exams will be employed in Ankara.
Applications in February
Applications for recruitment to the Meat and Milk Institution will open on 6 February 2023. Candidates are expected to complete their applications by 17 February 2023. Only applications submitted by that deadline will be evaluated. Applications will be submitted online through the Meat and Milk Institution General Directorate via the Kariyer Kapısı public recruitment portal.

How Will the Recruitment Be Conducted?
Applicants who meet the requirements will take a two-stage selection process consisting of a written exam followed by an oral exam. The written exam will be held first. The written exam is scheduled for 3 March 2023; candidates who pass will be informed later about the time and place of the oral exam. Candidates who fail the written exam will not be admitted to the oral stage. Those who pass both exams will be appointed as assistant inspectors and employed in the Çankaya district of Ankara.
