The Ministry of Health will recruit disabled cleaning staff aged 18 to 40 across 22 provinces. A total of 216 positions will be filled for assignment to hospitals. Eligible candidates must submit their applications through İŞKUR.
What Are the Application Requirements?
Candidates must meet both general and specific requirements set by the Ministry of Health. First, applicants must satisfy the conditions outlined in Article 8, paragraph 1, subparagraph (A) items 1, 4, 6 and 7 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, as well as the criteria in Article 4, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for Hiring Workers to Public Institutions. Foreign nationals are not eligible to apply. The specific requirements are as follows:
- Graduated from the program/department or school required for the applied occupation by the final application date, or possess the requested documents by that date.
- Not suffering from any mental illness that would prevent performing the job duties.
- No disqualifying issues found as a result of archival research.
- Document the disability with a health board report.
- Be at least 18 years old and under 40 years of age.
- Candidates with priority rights for placement must hold documents proving the priority conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 1 of the mentioned regulation.

- Burdur: 4 positions
- Muğla: 4 positions
- Kastamonu: 4 positions
- Gümüşhane: 3 positions
- Kars: 3 positions
- Kütahya: 2 positions
- Ardahan: 1 position

When and How to Apply?
Applications for the 216 disabled personnel positions begin with the publication of the announcement. Applications must be submitted within five days of the announcement and only through İŞKUR. Job postings will be listed by city with specific announcement numbers.
A lottery draw will be held to determine placements. The draw is scheduled for November 28, 2023, between 09:00 and 18:00 in Ankara and will be broadcast live.
