Alternatively, on gib.gov.tr you can choose the World Pay QR code payment option and pay in 4 installments.
Garanti BBVA
All Motor Vehicle Tax payments made through Bonus Flaş, Garanti BBVA Mobile, Garanti BBVA Internet, the Garanti BBVA Customer Contact Center (444 0 333), Garanti BBVA ATMs and garantibbva.com.tr can be split into 2 interest-free installments. The Revenue Administration website (ivd.gib.gov.tr) offers payment alternatives: choosing GarantiPay under Mobile Payment allows a 3-installment interest-free option without entering card details; selecting credit card payment and entering card details provides 2 interest-free installments.
Ziraat Bank
The bank’s campaign is valid from July 1 to July 31, 2020. During this period, Motor Vehicle Tax payments of 100 TL and above made via Ziraat Mobile, Internet Branch, ATMs or gib.gov.tr using Bankkart or Bankkart Başak with credit card feature will be divided into 3 installments.
Halkbank
Halkbank offers the option to split Motor Vehicle Tax payments into 3 interest-free installments for transactions made between July 1 and July 31, 2020 via Halkbank Internet Branch, Halkbank Mobile, Halkbank Dialog and gib.gov.tr.
VakıfBank
VakıfBank provides a 3-installment option for Motor Vehicle Tax payments made with VakıfBank Worldcard through bank channels between July 1 and July 31, 2020. Additionally, MTV payments made via gib.gov.tr will appear on statements as 2 interest-free installments.

With the Maximum Card, Motor Vehicle Tax payments of 300 TL and above made through the İşCep app and Internet Branch can be split into 2 installments. Payments of 300 TL and above made via the Maximum Mobile app or via gib.gov.tr using the “Pay with Maximum Mobile” option are eligible for 3 interest-free installments.
