“Dear students, those who receive scholarships or loans from our ministry are required, according to the signed commitment, to notify our General Directorate of any changes in their education status within one month at the latest.
Payments cannot be made for students whose education information on YÖKSİS is not up to date. Therefore, students who did not receive scholarship or loan payments this month need to update their records by submitting a transfer (nakil) application through the e-Government (e-Devlet) system. Payments for students whose applications are completed and approved will be processed on time.
