Questions like “When can I retire?” and “How much pension will I receive?” can be answered online. To query when you can retire and the relevant conditions, follow these steps:
- Use the form above to calculate your retirement; you will need to provide:
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Start date of service (if you do not know it, you can obtain your service record from the E-Devlet system)
- Information about early aging or disability, if applicable
- Number of SSK premium payment days
- If applicable, days from other funds
- Date when 3600 days were completed, if applicable
- Actual days worked
- Military service or artist days, if applicable

BAĞ-KUR (4B) Retirement Calculation
BAĞ-KUR retirement calculations and inquiries can be made through the SGK official website. Online queries are for informational purposes only and are calculated based on the data you provide.
Steps to query BAĞ-KUR retirement conditions:
- On the page that opens, enter the requested information.
- The required inputs typically include:
- Desired retirement type: full or partial
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Is there a disability? (Yes/No). If yes, specify the disability degree.
- Is there early aging? (Yes/No)
- If you have a dependent handicapped child, mark the checkbox and enter the total days cared for after 01.10.2008.
- If you intend to retire solely through foreign service debt, mark the corresponding option.
- After completing the form, click the “Tamam” (OK) button at the bottom.
- Your BAĞ-KUR retirement conditions will be calculated and displayed automatically.

Emekli Sandığı (4C) Retirement Calculation
To check Emekli Sandığı retirement eligibility, use the E-SGK official service. The steps are:
- On the opened page, fill in the required information, which typically includes:
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Details of services (each service entry with start and end dates and service type)
- After entering all information, click the “Hesapla” (Calculate) button at the bottom.
- You will then see detailed information about when you can retire under Emekli Sandığı and the applicable conditions.

Retirement Inquiry via E-Devlet
You can query retirement conditions through the E-Devlet system. The general steps are:
- On the opened page, click “Kimliğimi Şimdi Doğrula” to verify your identity using one of the authentication methods. The most common option is the E-Devlet password, which can be obtained from PTT branches if you do not have one.
- After authentication, enter your insurance branch (Sigorta Kolu) and service start date.
- Select the insurance branch: 4A (SSK), 4B (BAĞ-KUR) or 4C (Emekli Sandığı).
- The service start date is the date of your first insurance entry; enter it correctly for accurate results.
- Click the “Sorgula” (Query) button at the bottom to view your retirement conditions.

Retirement Ages for Women
Women’s SSK retirement conditions are examined in three categories based on the date of first employment: before 08.09.1999, between 08.09.1999 and 30.04.2008, and after 01.05.2008.
Women Employed Before 08.09.1999
- Women whose first insured date is before 01.04.1981 must complete 20 years of insurance and 5,000 premium days; there is no age requirement.
- For first insured dates between 01.04.1981 and 08.09.1981: 20 years insurance, age 38, and 5,000 days.
- Between 09.09.1981 and 23.05.1984: 20 years, age 40, 5,000 days.
- Between 24.05.1984 and 23.05.1985: 20 years, age 41, 5,000 days.
- Between 24.05.1985 and 23.05.1986: 20 years, age 42, 5,075 days.
- Between 24.05.1986 and 23.05.1987: 20 years, age 43, 5,150 days.
- Between 24.05.1987 and 23.05.1988: 20 years, age 44, 5,225 days.
- Between 24.05.1988 and 23.05.1989: 20 years, age 45, 5,300 days.

There is also a partial retirement option: women with at least 4,500 days can retire partially if they are 58, have at least 25 years of insurance, and have completed 4,500 premium days.

Women Employed After 01.05.2008
Women who completed 7,200 days by 31 December 2005 could retire at age 58. For those who do not meet that condition, the retirement age depends on when they complete 7,200 days, with phased ages listed as:
- Completing 7,200 days between 01.01.2036 and 31.12.2037: retirement age 59.
- Between 01.01.2038 and 31.12.2039: age 60.
- Between 01.01.2040 and 31.12.2041: age 61.
- Between 01.01.2042 and 31.12.2043: age 62.
- Between 01.01.2044 and 31.12.2045: age 63.
- Between 01.01.2046 and 31.12.2047: age 64.
- From 01.01.2048 onward: age 65.

- Men with first insured date on or before 08.09.1976 must complete 25 years of insurance and 5,000 premium days; there is no age requirement.
- First insured between 09.09.1976 and 23.05.1979: 25 years, age 44, 5,000 days.
- Between 24.05.1979 and 23.11.1980: 25 years, age 45, 5,000 days.
- Between 24.11.1980 and 23.05.1982: 25 years, age 46, 5,075 days.
- Between 24.05.1982 and 23.11.1983: 25 years, age 47, 5,150 days.
- Between 24.11.1983 and 23.05.1985: 25 years, age 48, 5,225 days.
- Between 24.05.1985 and 23.11.1986: 25 years, age 49, 5,300 days.

For those employed after 08.09.1999 there is no required insurance duration; completing age 60 (and receiving days toward 61) and 7,000 days is sufficient. Partial retirement with 4,500 days is also possible if age 60, 25 years of insurance and at least 4,500 premium days are met.
Men Employed After 01.05.2008
Men who completed 7,200 days by 31 December 2005 could retire at age 60. For those who do not meet that condition, the retirement age is phased depending on when they complete 7,200 days:
- Completing 7,200 days between 01.01.2036 and 31.12.2037: age 61.
- Between 01.01.2038 and 31.12.2039: age 62.
- Between 01.01.2040 and 31.12.2041: age 63.
- Between 01.01.2042 and 31.12.2043: age 64.
- Between 01.01.2044 and 31.12.2045: age 65.
- Between 01.01.2046 and 31.12.2047: age 65.
BAĞ-KUR Retirement Conditions
Like SSK, BAĞ-KUR retirement conditions differ for men and women. The following sections summarize BAĞ-KUR rules separately for each gender.
BAĞ-KUR Retirement Ages for Women
Women with more than 18 years of insured service after 01.10.1999 must complete 7,200 premium days to meet BAĞ-KUR retirement conditions. If they meet the 18-year service requirement after 01.10.1999, there is no age requirement. Those who do not meet this condition follow age and service-based rules outlined below.
- If, as of 01.06.2002, a woman has 25 years with 2 years or less remaining, she can retire at age 40 with 20 years of premium payments.
- If there are more than 2 years but less than 3 years remaining, retirement age is 41 with 20 years of premium payments.
- As the remaining time increases, the required age rises stepwise; the maximum listed is age 58 when more than 17 years remain, with 20 years of premium payments required.
BAĞ-KUR Partial Retirement for Women (5400 days)
Women who, from 01.10.1999 onward, have more than 18 years of service can meet retirement without an age requirement. If not, partial retirement rules apply based on remaining time to 15 years of service, with ages ranging from 50 to 56 depending on the remaining period.
BAĞ-KUR Normal Retirement for Women
- Completing 9,000 days between 01.01.2036 and 31.12.2037: age 59.
- Between 01.01.2038 and 31.12.2039: age 60.
- Between 01.01.2040 and 31.12.2041: age 61.
- Between 01.01.2042 and 31.12.2043: age 62.
- Between 01.01.2044 and 31.12.2045: age 63.
- Between 01.01.2046 and 31.12.2047: age 64.
- From 01.01.2048 onward: age 65.
BAĞ-KUR Retirement Ages for Men
Men who, after 01.10.1999, have more than 23 years of BAĞ-KUR service must complete 9,000 premium days to retire; there is no age requirement in that case. Those who do not meet that condition follow a staged schedule with ages and required service years detailed below.
- If, as of 01.06.2002, a man has 25 years with 2 years or less remaining, he can retire at age 44 with 25 years of premium payments.
- As the remaining period increases, the required retirement age rises stepwise, culminating in age 60 when more than 22 years remain, with 25 years of premium payments required.
BAĞ-KUR Partial Retirement for Men (5400 days)
Men with more than 23 years of service after 01.10.1999 have no age requirement. Those who do not meet that condition may qualify for partial retirement based on 15 years of service with ages ranging from 55 to 58, depending on the remaining period.
BAĞ-KUR Normal Retirement for Men
- Completing 9,000 days between 01.01.2036 and 31.12.2037: age 61.
- Between 01.01.2038 and 31.12.2039: age 62.

Emekli Sandığı retirement rules differ for women and men, similar to SSK and BAĞ-KUR. The main conditions for each group are summarized below.
Emekli Sandığı Retirement Ages for Women
Women civil servants first employed after 08.09.1999 can retire on request after completing 20 years of insured service. Additionally, women with less than three years remaining to full conditions may request retirement if they have reached age 38. Those who do not meet these conditions follow the stepwise age and service schedule below, with the general rule requiring 20 years of contributions and ages rising depending on the remaining time to 25 years.
Women Civil Servants Employed Between 08.09.1999 and 30.04.2008
Women civil servants employed on or after 08.09.1999 have normal retirement at age 58 with at least 9,000 days. Partial retirement conditions are phased, with partial eligibility noted at age 61.
Women Civil Servants Employed After 01.05.2008
For women who first entered service on or after 01.05.2008, the 9,000-day rule applies. The retirement age depends on when the 9,000 days are completed, with phased ages from 58 up to 65 depending on the completion date.
Emekli Sandığı Retirement Ages for Men
Men civil servants who entered service after 08.09.1999 may retire on request after completing 25 years of service. Additionally, men with less than two years remaining to full conditions may request retirement at age 43. Those who do not meet these conditions follow a stepwise schedule where the required age increases as the remaining time to 25 years grows.
Men Civil Servants Employed Between 08.09.1999 and 30.04.2008
Men employed on or after 08.09.1999 have normal retirement at age 60 with at least 9,000 days. Partial retirement is phased with a reference partial age of 61.
