The Presidency of Religious Affairs will fill vacant contracted positions within its central organization without written or oral exams, in accordance with Article Ek-2 of the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel dated 06/06/1978 and numbered 7/15754. Recruitment will be based on the 2022 Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) Group B score ranking. The Presidency will hire 80 contracted personnel.
Candidates who previously served in a contracted position and whose contract was terminated will not be accepted if less than one year has passed since the termination date, except for those listed as exceptions in Article Ek-1 of the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel. How to Apply?
- Applications for contracted personnel positions at the Presidency of Religious Affairs will be submitted by eligible candidates through the website “sinav.diyanet.gov.tr” between 06.03.2023 and 20.03.2023 (until 16:30). The education status of candidates who graduated from associate degree and high school programs will be verified electronically.
- Candidates whose higher education records are not available electronically must have their graduation information registered in the electronic system by the relevant institutions (universities) before applying.
- Candidates whose secondary education records are not available electronically must manually enter their secondary education information into the application form and upload the related document in PDF format. Similarly, any documents, certificates, or SGK service record documents required by the position must be uploaded in PDF format to the relevant section of the application screen.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their application is submitted accurately, completely, and in accordance with the requirements set out in the announcement. Applications that do not comply with these requirements will not be accepted.
- After the application period ends, no changes to the applicant’s information will be allowed for any reason.
- Candidates must enter a résumé of no more than 1000 characters in the designated field on the application screen.
How Will Placements Be Made?
- All announcements regarding placement results will be published on the Presidency’s website and on the Human Resources General Directorate page on that site. No separate notification will be sent to candidates.
- Candidates can view placement results and obtain a “Placement Result Document” via the “sinav.diyanet.gov.tr” website.

Placements Based on Ranking
- Placement results will be announced after the application period closes and necessary preparations are completed. KPSS scores will be the basis for placement.
- Placements will be made starting from the highest KPSS score for each position, filling as many candidates as the number of announced vacancies. If KPSS scores are tied, priority will be given first to the candidate with the higher KPSS score (if tie persists), then to the candidate whose graduation date on the diploma is earlier, and finally to the older candidate.
How to Appeal Placement Results?
Candidates must submit appeals regarding placement results within 7 (seven) days from the date the results are published to the correspondence address: Presidency of Religious Affairs, Human Resources General Directorate, Personnel Systems, Training and Exams Department, Üniversiteler Mah. Dumlupınar Blv. No:147/A 06800 Çankaya/ANKARA. Appeals not received within the specified timeframe or not submitted as described under the related details will not be considered. Appeal outcomes will be communicated to candidates within 15 days at the latest.
Other Details
Throughout the placement process, the Presidency may request additional information or documents from candidates. Applications and placements will be invalidated for candidates found to have provided false information or false documents at any stage of the application or placement process.
Appointments will be made only for candidates whose archive research and/or security investigation results are positive, in accordance with Law No. 7315 on Security Investigation and Archive Research. Candidates with negative results will not be appointed.
Candidates must submit requests related to all stages of the placement process by signed written petition that includes their Turkish ID number, full name, signature, and address to the Human Resources General Directorate, Personnel Systems, Training and Exams Department. Requests sent by fax or e-mail will not be considered.
For matters not covered in this announcement, the provisions of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel, the Regulation on Examinations for First-Time Appointment to Public Offices, and the Presidency of Religious Affairs Examination Regulation shall apply.
