New Student Portfolio Service Launched
New Student Portfolio Service Launched. As Minister Selçuk emphasized, e-guidance is a priority. He recalled a long-standing wish: to have projects and certifications that allow every student to receive individual guidance collected in one place so that guidance can be carried out with full awareness of the student’s records. He said this new portfolio achieves exactly that. Wherever students go, their portfolio will contain their full history and guidance will be provided based on that background.
Another feature is gamification. With the planned gamification, we aim to increase student motivation through a points and badges system. Depending on how students engage with topics and what milestones they reach, badges and user-oriented features will be awarded and displayed to recognize and validate their progress.
Access Books via QR Codes
Access Books via QR Codes. Minister Selçuk noted that learning is no longer constrained by time and place; it must be accessible anytime, anywhere. Students and teachers no longer need to be limited to the classroom. While searching inside a book or wanting more information on a topic, you can scan a QR code with your phone to view relevant content. QR codes printed on books will provide access to the information on each page directly from your mobile device.
Sustainable Education Will Be Established at District Level
Sustainable Education Will Be Established at District Level. Continuous and sustainable professional development is vital for teachers. All courses, programs, content and live trainings will be available as a video library, enabling access to education, asking questions and receiving answers. We will build sustainable, ongoing education at the district level. Teacher support points will provide physical environments as well. The district-level efforts will be coordinated centrally from Ankara.
Video Library Prepared for All Subjects
Video Library Prepared for All Subjects. A comprehensive video library covering every subject has been prepared. Lectures by instructors with strong teaching skills from across the country are available to watch and rewatch as needed. Through the system you can also examine sample questions and their solutions in detail. Topic-based tests recommended for students are included. If a student experiences difficulty while solving tests, the system issues warnings and provides the necessary feedback, guiding the learner toward appropriate solutions and support.
